This Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") is a service (hereinafter referred to as
"Service") provided by the Specified Nonprofit Corporation Filipino Community in Japan (hereinafter
referred to as "Filipino Community").
For registered users (hereinafter referred to as "users"), use
this service in accordance with these terms.
These Terms shall apply to all relationships relating to the use of this service between users and Filipino Community.
Registration applicant shall apply for user registration according to the method defined by Filipino
Community, and user registration will be completed by Filipino Community’s approval.
Filipino
Community may not approve applications for user registration when Filipino Community determine that the
applicant for user registration has the following reasons. And Filipino Community do not under any
obligation to disclose the reason.
(1) When notifying of false matters at the time of application for user registration.
(2) When it is an application from a person who has violated this agreement.
(3) When Filipino Community judges that user registration is not appropriate.
Users shall manage the user ID and password of this service at its own risk.
In any case, users can
not assign or lend the user ID and password to a third party.
When the combination of user ID and
password is logged in consistent with the registered information, Filipino Community will consider it as
user's registered user ID.
Users shall pay the usage fee on the homepage according to the method specified by Filipino Community in
exchange for the use of this service.
When users have delayed payment of the usage fee, users shall
pay the delayed damages at a rate of 14.6% per year.
When using this service, users should not do the following actions.
(1) Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
(2) Acts related to criminal acts
(3) Acts to destroy or obstruct the function of server or network
(4) Acts that may interfere with the operation of services
(5) Acts to collect or accumulate personal information concerning other users
(6) Act to impersonate other users
(7) Acts to provide profit directly or indirectly to antisocial forces in connection with services
(8) Other acts that Filipino Community deems inappropriate
Filipino Community shall be able to suspend the provision of all or part of this service without any notice in advance when judging that there is any of the following reasons.
(1) When performing maintenance, inspection, or updating of the computer system related to this service.
(2) When it is difficult to provide this service due to force majeure such as earthquake, lightning strike, fire, blackout or natural disaster.
(3) When the computer, communication line cease due to accident.
(4) In addition, when Filipino Community determines that it is difficult to provide this service.
Filipino Community shall not bear any responsibility for any disadvantage or damage suffered by users or third parties due to suspension or interruption of the provision of this service, regardless of reason.
In the following cases, Filipino Community may restrict the use of all or part of this service to users without prior notice, or may cancel the registration as a user.
(1) When violating any provision of these Terms.
(2) When it turns out that there is a false fact in the registration matter.
(3) When Filipino Community judge that the use of this service is not appropriate. Filipino Community is not responsible for any damage caused to users by the actions Filipino Community did under this section.
Filipino Community's obligation defaults shall be exempted from liability if it is not based on intention
or gross negligence.
Filipino Community is liable for compensation only within the range of damage
that is normally incurred even if Filipino Community takes responsibility for some reason and within the
range of payment amount (equivalent to one month in case of continuous service) for paid services shall
be assumed.
Filipino Community is not responsible for any transactions, communications or disputes,
arising between users and other users or third parties regarding this service.
Filipino Community shall be able to change the content of this service or cancel the provision of this service without any notice and will not bear any responsibility for damage caused to users by this.
Filipino Community can change this agreement at any time without any notice if Filipino Community deems it necessary.

Users can not transfer or be used collateral the rights or obligations under the terms of use or third agreement to third parties without prior consent of Filipino Community in writing.
In interpreting these Terms, the Japanese law shall be the governing law.
When a dispute with respect
to this Service, the court having jurisdiction over the head office location of Filipino Community shall
be subject to exclusive agreement jurisdiction.
